At BOW, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We strive to deliver reliable and efficient services in business registration, compliance support, and office essentials. However, since most of our services involve time, effort, and government filings, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Once you have availed our services, cancellation is generally not permitted, as we begin processing immediately upon receipt of payment.
  • If you request us to temporarily hold the service, we may hold the fees paid for a period of up to 3 months from the date of payment.
  • Before processing any refund, BOW reserves the right to make every reasonable effort to complete the service.
  • In case of cancellation after a refund request, the following deductions will apply:
    • 10% cancellation fee
    • Earned fee for work already completed
    • Any fees paid to government authorities or third parties (non-refundable).

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only if BOW fails to deliver the promised service from our end after internal verification and investigation.
  • To request a refund, you must email us at support@bow.com with your order details.
  • Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
    • Once the work has already been initiated, and manpower resources have been utilized.
    • Processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and resource costs are non-refundable.
    • Payments made to government authorities (e.g., filing fees, stamp duties, taxes) or to third-party vendors involved in processing the order cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Ungovernable Factors

The outcome of certain services depends on government departments, regulatory bodies, or third parties. Hence, delays, rejections, or technical issues with official portals, government backlogs, or administrative hurdles are beyond the control of BOW. Such factors do not qualify for a refund.

4. Force Majeure

BOW shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance of its obligations if caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, cyclone, storm, etc.)
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or public health crises
  • Acts of war, terrorism, or armed conflict
  • Labour strikes, lockouts, or industrial disputes
  • Government actions, changes in law, or court orders
  • Technical failures of government systems or portals

In such circumstances, BOW will not be held responsible for breach of service commitments or refund obligations.

5. Policy Updates

This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest version.
