At BOW, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and timely delivery experience for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products ordered through our platform.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship the ordered products, including service kits, Business Starter packs, across India, subject to serviceability by our courier and logistics partners.
  • Delivery to remote or restricted locations (such as defense areas, government-regulated zones, or areas with limited logistics coverage) may not always be possible.
  • For bulk or corporate orders, special arrangements may be made on request.

 

2. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) except for the services.
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of delays due to stock unavailability, supplier constraints, or verification requirements, customers will be notified via email/SMS/phone.

 

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping address, location, and availability.
  • Priority/Express delivery may be available in select locations at an additional cost.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
  • Certain products may qualify for free shipping as part of promotional offers.
  • Any additional duties, local taxes, or entry charges imposed by state or local authorities shall be borne by the customer.

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.
  • Customers can track the shipment on the courier partner’s website or through the BOW platform (if available).

 

6. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Fragile or high-value items may receive additional protective packaging.
  • If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

 

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package is undeliverable (due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery), the product may be returned to us.
  • In such cases:
    • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
    • The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

8. Risk of Loss & Title

  • All items purchased are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.
  • Risk of loss and title for such items pass to You upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • BOW shall not be liable for delays or damages caused once the shipment has left our premises, except as covered under courier insurance policies (if applicable).

 

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • At present, BOW primarily serves within India.
  • For international bulk orders, separate terms, charges, and timelines will be communicated on request.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import regulations of the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

BOW shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events.
  • Government restrictions, regulatory checks, or customs clearance delays.
  • Technical glitches on courier or government systems.
